Day 5

The last day of competition traditionally began at 7:15 in front of Breck School. The bus took us directly to the Williams Arena, where our first match was supposed to start at 9:42. With the experience from the previous two days fof competition we completely transfered our focus towards defense. We lost the first, won the second and unfortunately lost the last match as well. When selecting the alliances for the elimination rounds our partner school Breck got picked for alliance 5, but we unfortunately were not chosen by any alliance. We still take the whole competition as a wonderful experience and try to learn from our mistakes. Breck unfortunately lost to the winning alliance consisting of Gators, KnightKrawler and Orange Crush Robotics. After the end of the competition we moved to one of the Breck member’s house, where a dinner took place. Many speeches from mentors and captains were given, looking back at the competition and the incredible work produced by each of the teams. Overall, the dinner was an awesome way of ending this year’s robotics season for us and we are grateful that Breck took care of us this year again!
