“I see a great robot whose glory the stars will touch.”
ROČNÍK // 2026
23. 03. 2026
After three months of design, prototyping, programming and testing, we can finally introduce you to Libuše. She can drive autonomously, automatically aim and shoot balls at any point in the field, easily pick up balls from the ground and climb the ladder. In short, she can do just about all of the "must haves" we outlined for ourselves at the beginning of season, which is a huge win.
In the coming week, our focus will be on manufacturing spare parts, testing the very last code improvements and packing up all our tools. Come Monday, we'll be on our way to Minneapolis with Libuše in the luggage compartment. Once there, we'll have a couple days to test at our partner school's facilities (thank you Breck!) before making our way to the arena for the actual competition rounds!
A huge thanks goes out to all members of R. U. R. , who have been working tirelessly over the last three months to make Libuše the best representative we can send to Minnesota. Of course, we have to thank our sponsors, without whom Libuše would have remained just a sketch.
And last but not least, we want to thank all of you, our fans. You make robotics worth it.
