Motor drama and a fully tested robot

Today was primarily devoted to testing. Our drivers finally got Libuše with a promise that she wouldn't leave the test field until five o'clock.
As is usually the case in robotics, things didn't go exactly to plan, this time due to a burnt motor. Supposing that it would be a ten minute repair job, we brought Libuše back up to the workshop and started gathering the necessary parts.
It was then that we discovered we only have two spare motors. Two may sound like enough, especially when we currently only need one; The problem is that a total of six motors left the Prague workshop in our suitcases. Although we have no proof, we have a hunch as to what may have happened: American airport security "borrowed" them and simply forgot to tell us about it. Fortunately, we managed to find enough spare motors around the Breck workshop so we don't run out at the competition.
Everything went smoothly after this initial repair, and we managed to thoroughly test Libuše. All that was left was to pack all the tools, Libuše and spare parts into a van and go to the arena. We have training matches tomorrow, so keep your fingers crossed that we don't burn any more electronics.
Yours,
R. U. R.
